Dzięki zaangażowaniu Ergo Hestii, ponad 13 tys. gości mogło przez ostatnie trzy miesiące podziwiać wystawę dzieł hiszpańskiego malarza Francisca de Goi y Lucientes w Muzeum Narodowym w Gdańsku.
Od połowy listopada wszyscy goście Muzeum Narodowego w Gdańsku mogli obejrzeć sześć wyjątkowych obrazów Goyi, które przedstawiają dziecięce rozrywki: m.in. zabawę w żołnierzy czy korridę. Cykl Zabawy Dziecięce należy do zbiorów madryckiej fundacji FUSARA.
Ergo Hestia ubezpieczyła wystawę. Również dzięki temu przez ponad dwa miesiące miłośnicy sztuki mogli podziwiać obrazy, które w Polsce zagościły po raz pierwszy.
– To wyjątkowe dzieła. Jesteśmy dumni z tego, że mogliśmy ułatwić wszystkim koneserom sztuki bezpośredni kontakt z pracami wybitego hiszpańskiego malarza. Takie działania od lat wpisują się w strategię mecenatu kultury, jaką realizuje Ergo Hestia – mówi Małgorzata Makulska, wiceprezes ds. marketingu Ergo Hestii.
Wystawa Goya – Zabawy Dziecięce w Gdańsku pozwoliła zapoznać się z malarstwem hiszpańskim nie tylko bywalcom muzeum, ale również młodzieży gimnazjów i szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, które wzięły udział w specjalnych lekcjach muzealnych. W sumie ponad 300 uczniów miało szansę z bliska przyjrzeć się wyjątkowej wystawie. Pod koniec listopada 2012 r. Zabawy Dziecięce zostały również uznane przez Tygodnik Kulturalny za wydarzenie kulturalne tygodnia w Polsce.
Wystawa zakończyła się w niedzielę, 12 lutego. To dopiero początek tegorocznych działań Ergo Hestii w obszarze kultury.
– Nasza strategia wspierania sztuki od lat jest strategią długofalową. Z jednej strony, mamy ambicję przybliżania Polakom najwybitniejszych twórców. To udało się m.in. dzięki takim wystawom jak Goya, czy nagrodzie im. Tischnera. Z drugiej strony, chcemy wspierać młodych polskich twórców, dlatego oferujemy im stypendia artystyczne w ramach programu Artystyczna Podróż Hestii – wyjaśnia Małgorzata Makulska.
