Jak wyliczyła „Gazeta Prawna”, różnice w stawkach dla tego samego auta i kierowcy w zależności od tego, u kogo chce on kupić polisę: w salonie dealerskim, u agenta czy przez telefon sięgają nawet 7,5-krotności. Gazeta podkreśla, że największe różnice dotyczą młodych kierowców, z dużych miast.
Według „GP”, optymalnym rozwiązaniem dla tej grupy prowadzących pojazdy jest zakup polisy w salonie dealerskim. Z wyliczeń gazety wynika, że wszystkie inne opcje będą znacznie droższe. Z kolei w przypadku starszych, bardziej doświadczonych kierowców są większe możliwości wyboru.
Ta grupa może zyskać oszczędności rzędu kilkuset złotych, szukając oferty u zwykłego agenta albo ubezpieczając auto przez telefon i internet. Gazeta przypomina, że czasem dealerzy oferują tanie ubezpieczenie jako alternatywny bonus i zamiast niego można wybrać radio czy opcję promocyjnego kredytowania.
„Gazeta Prawna” jako źródło tych różnic podaje odmienny sposób liczenia stawek. Zaznacza, że w salonach dealerskich przy kalkulacji składki generalnie wciąż używa się mniej zmiennych, nie zawsze uwzględniając np. zwyżki za wiek. Jako przykład gazeta podaje zakup polisy w salonie Opla, gdzie klient ma do wyboru oferty Allianz, Ergo Hestii i Generali.
Z wyliczeń „GP” wynika, że oferta pierwszego z wymienionych ubezpieczycieli jest najkorzystniejsza dla młodych kierowców. Przeprowadzona przez gazetę w czterech lokalizacjach analiza wykazała, że Allianz stosuje te same stawki, a poza tym nie wprowadza zwyżek za młody wiek klienta. Z kolei w PZU SA osoby do 26 roku życia, a w Ergo Hestii do 28 roku życia, płacą więcej.
W efekcie Allianz zawsze jest najtańszy dla młodych kierowców, ale za to w przypadku doświadczonego klienta konkurenci mają już lepszą ofertę. Z porównania sporządzonego przez „GP” dla klientów z Warszawy stawka w Allianz będzie wynosiła 3,9 proc. dla obu grup, ale już w Ergo Hestii młodzi kierowcy zapłacą nieco ponad 8 proc., ale już starsi – 3,87 proc.
„Gazeta Prawna” podkreśla, że wiele wskazuje na zbliżający się koniec takiego sposobu wyliczania składek, przez co młodzi kierowcy będą musieli płacić wysokie stawki nawet w salonach.
Sławomir Czarnecki, dyrektor ds. programów dealerskich w spółce Generali AutoProgram mówi, że w ostatnich dwóch latach system taryfikacji pakietów dealerskich zmienił się dość radykalnie. Wyjaśnia, że dawniej cena ubezpieczenia pakietowego była uzależniona od marki pojazdu i miejsca zamieszkania klienta.
Sławomir Czarnecki mówi, że dzięki większym możliwościom aplikacji informatycznych coraz częściej stosowane są nieco bardziej wyrafinowane techniki oceny ryzyka i pakiety dealerskie konstruowane z uwzględnieniem szkodowości danej marki i modelu pojazdu, a także szkodowości klienta danego salonu dealerskiego. Zwraca również uwagę, że istotne znaczenie ma także sposób użytkowania samochodu oraz miejsce zamieszkania ubezpieczonego.
„Gazeta Prawna” zauważa to zjawisko na przykładzie najnowszej promocji Peugeota 308, gdzie w reklamówkach pojawia się obietnica pakietu w PZU SA za 3 proc. Gazeta zaznacza, że w praktyce stawka ta dotyczy jedynie kierowców, którzy mają 60 proc. zniżek i więcej niż 25 lat.
Inna możliwość to promocyjna stawka dla wszystkich tylko w pierwszym roku. jako przykład „GP” przytacza pakiet Warty w Land Roverze za 3,2 proc. dla wszystkich klientów, z wyjątkiem osób, które nie ukończyły 25 lat. Krzysztof Karwacki z Land Rovera mówi, że ubezpieczyciel może wyrazić zgodę na zastosowanie promocyjnej stawki dla osób młodszych.
Jednak, jak zauważa gazeta, już przy kolejnych odnowieniach pojawiają się zdecydowane różnice w stawkach w zależności od poziomu posiadanych zniżek, np. dla aut rocznych kierowcy z 50-, 60-proc. zniżką zapłacą 3,5 proc. za pakiet, ale już ci, którzy mają 0-10 proc. zniżek – już 5,6 proc.
„Gazeta Prawna” zwraca uwagę, że powoli stawki są różnicowane ze względu na profil klienta. Liczba tych zmiennych jest dużo niższa od liczby zmiennych uwzględnianych przez ubezpieczycieli przy kalkulacji zwykłej stawki. Jako przykład „GP” przytacza Allianz, który w pakiecie dealerskim nie przyznaje nawet zniżki za wiek, z kolei sprzedając polisy przez internet, pyta m.in. o płeć. W efekcie przy takiej indywidualnej kalkulacji 24-latek musiałby zapłacić za polisę ponad 5 tys. zł, a 24-latka – 4,1 tys. zł. Z kolei dla kierowcy w wieku 40 lat z maksymalnymi zniżkami stawki będą na poziomie 1,2-1,4 tys. zł w zależności od płci. W salonie wszyscy ci klienci będą mieli polisę za 1640 zł.
Gazeta podkreśla, że wejście we współpracę z dealerami dla towarzystwa oznacza na razie zaakceptowanie dwóch elementów. Po pierwsze, taryfa musi być prosta, żeby pracownik salonu nie musiał uzupełniać zbyt wielu pól kwestionariusza.
Elżbieta Wójcik, wiceprezes Commercial Union odpowiedzialna za CU Direct mówi, że taki model kalkulowania składki jest w zupełniej opozycji do modelu direct i dopóki nie będzie on oczekiwany przez klientów i akceptowany przez dealerów, polisy CU nie będą oferowane w salonach.
Drugi wymóg, który nie jest akceptowany przez niektóre towarzystwa, jest obligatoryjne kierowanie uszkodzonych pojazdów do naprawy w autoryzowanych stacjach obsługi.
